We cannot process refunds to cryptocurrency addresses under any standard circumstances. Overpayments or accidental double-payments made via cryptocurrency will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis but are generally credited as extended membership time rather than returned, due to the exorbitant network fees and logistical complexities of crypto refunds.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
